What data we collect

• Booking requests: name, email address, phone number, requested dates, number of guests, selected options and your message.

• Contact form: first and last name, email address and your message.

• Website usage data: with your consent, anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, how you reached us), collected through cookies.

We do not collect payment details on this website. No payment is made online.

Why we use your data

• To answer your booking request or question and to arrange your stay (pre-contractual steps and performance of the rental agreement).

• To comply with legal obligations, including the guest registration required by Spanish law for tourist accommodation and tax and accounting rules.

• With your consent, to measure website traffic and the performance of our advertising.

Who processes your data on our behalf

• Wix.com: website hosting, storage of booking requests and automated emails.

• Google: email (Google Workspace) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement.

• Usercentrics: cookie consent management.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

• Booking requests that do not result in a stay: up to 12 months.

• Data related to completed stays: for as long as required by tax, accounting and accommodation registration laws.

• Website statistics: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics (maximum 14 months).

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to booking@villaencantadaadeje.com. We will reply within 30 days.
